Catching Up

Sorry about not posting in a while. Between extra work at the school, the trip down to CT, and the mess that is our house, I haven't had much free time. The gardens desperatly need weeding and hopefully will get done tomorrow. All of the Iris' are in bloom now. So far there are 8 different kinds, all blues/purples, and yellows. They are very pretty.

Our 3 girls are still around. Ambrosia is broody again (guess she doesn't realize nothing is going to happen without the rooster around anymore), so she hasn't really come out of the coop much. Jezebel and Whitey free range but they are always on edge now. Here they are hiding out under the quince.

In feline news, Thera is teaching the kittens how to be lazy sloths.

All looks great. Those flowers are beauuuuuuuutiful. Hahah those chickens hiding, they seem like such funny animals. I keep hearing the turkey gobble in my head but I just realized that that is for turkeys and chickens don't do the gobble gobble. It's still so funny to mumble that when looking at the photos.
The kittens look so cute!! Awww!!!!!!!!!!!!
