Here are a few quick pics from around the yard this morning. The lillies are in bloom, as well as the hostas, black eyed susans, hollyhocks, shasta daisies, and sedum. I have been mulching the gardens with the contents we cleaned out of the chicken coop last year and some hay in the vegetable gardens. I still need to do a lot of weeding though.
I'm not sure what these little white flowers are.
nor do i know the name of this yellow one. . ID please. ID please.

IT'S SO NEAT TO SEE WHAT POPS UP ON YOUR SIX ACRES...I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE DIVISIONS OF SOME DAYLILIES, ESPECIALLY THE DEEP PINK.
NOTES ON PLANT IDS...
STARTING WITH THE FLOWERS AFTER THE ASIATIC LILY...1. THE LITTLE DEEP PINK IS CAMPION, 2. COREOPSIS VERTICILLATA, MAYBE 'MOONBEAM', 3. RUDBECKIA, THE BLACK-EYED-SUSAN FAMILY, 4. NOT SURE ABOUT THE LITTLE WHITE, CAN'T SEE THE LEAF SHAPE VERY WELL, BUT MIGHT BE IN THE CHRYSANTHEMUM FAMILY, 5. LOOKS LIKE HELENIUM 'AUTUMNALE', 6. LYSIMACHIA (LOOSESTRIFE), 7. VERONICA (SPEEDWELL), ONE OF MY FAVORITE PLANTS, 8. OENOTHERA TETRAGONA 'FIREWORKS' (SUNDROP)...OENOTHERA CAN BE MOVED EASILY, SUN OR PARTIAL SHADE, BUT LIKES A FAIRLY MOIST SOIL.
LOVE YOU.
